okaypla Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "okaypla," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to okaypla and its affiliated entities, operators, and licensors who provide the online gaming services accessible at okaypla.net.
• "Player," "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the okaypla platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the okaypla platform, through which the Player accesses games and manages funds.
• "Real Money Play" means any wagering activity conducted using Philippine Peso (PHP) funds deposited into a Player's okaypla Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives issued by okaypla to a Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" refers to okaypla's identity and age verification procedures, which may require submission of government-issued identification documents.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, region, or territory from which access to or use of the okaypla platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond okaypla's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, power failures, or civil unrest.

Access to and use of the okaypla platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an active Account. This requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to register Accounts.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of okaypla or any affiliated company, game studio, or technology provider connected to the platform.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from okaypla or any affiliated platform, or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes immediate grounds for Account closure and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

okaypla reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a government-issued Philippine ID such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS ID — at any stage of the registration process or subsequently. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by okaypla may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Each eligible individual is entitled to maintain one (1) okaypla Account only. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN with any other person. okaypla will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your login details.
• You must notify okaypla's customer support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including email address, mobile number, and mailing address — accurate and up to date. Outdated information that results in communication failure or payment delays is your responsibility.
• You must not allow any third party, including family members or friends, to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
• You must not create or operate duplicate Accounts. Where multiple Accounts are detected under the same identity, device fingerprint, or IP address, okaypla reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close all associated Accounts and cancel any pending transactions or bonuses.

All financial transactions on the okaypla platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). okaypla supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

• Deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically settle within 60 seconds.
• okaypla does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which okaypla accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering within 12 consecutive months of inactivity may be subject to an inactivity processing fee as outlined in okaypla's inactivity policy communicated to you separately.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable method availability. okaypla may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are one (1) to three (3) business days. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically faster and may settle same-day subject to network availability.
• okaypla reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per rolling seven-day period. Current limits are displayed in your Account settings and may be updated with prior notice.
• Any bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement will be deducted from your withdrawable balance at the time a withdrawal request is processed.

okaypla offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal fiesta promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• okaypla reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an Account will remain subject to the terms in place at the time of crediting.
• If okaypla determines that a Player is abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to meet wagering requirements — okaypla reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and any associated winnings and to close the Account.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds or associated wagering requirements not completed within the specified period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the applicable promotion's terms.

All games offered on the okaypla platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface, as well as the general fair play standards outlined in these Terms. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by both.

• okaypla's game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical results of live dealer procedures conducted under monitored conditions. okaypla does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or software error during a game round, okaypla reserves the right to declare that round void and to return the wager to the Player's Account. okaypla's decision in such cases is final.
• Winnings arising from an obvious software error, miscalculation, or display fault are not payable. okaypla will notify affected Players and take corrective action at its earliest convenience.
• Players are prohibited from using automated betting scripts, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to participate in games. Detection of such tools will result in immediate Account suspension.
• okaypla reserves the right to impose maximum win limits per game, per session, or per promotional period. These limits, where applicable, are displayed within the relevant game or promotion interface.

okaypla is committed to maintaining the integrity of all games on the platform. Any suspected match-fixing, collusion between Players in live poker or live table games, or exploitation of side-agreement arrangements will be investigated and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okaypla platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using a third party's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including fraud, theft, money laundering, or proceeds of crime.
• Using the platform's payment system for purposes other than genuine gaming activity — including attempting to process card payments and immediately withdrawing without meaningful wagering.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated bet-hedging with another Player or third party.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any element of the okaypla platform, software, or infrastructure.
• Posting, transmitting, or soliciting offensive, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content through any communication feature on the platform.
• Impersonating any okaypla employee, affiliated party, or other Player.

All content on the okaypla platform — including but not limited to the okaypla brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphical elements, game interfaces, promotional materials, software code, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive property of okaypla or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okaypla platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any element of the okaypla platform without the prior written consent of okaypla.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to okaypla regarding the platform may be used by okaypla without restriction, compensation, or attribution to you.

Unauthorised use of okaypla's intellectual property — including operating mirror sites, scraping content, or reproducing the okaypla brand for commercial purposes — will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law.

okaypla collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

• okaypla collects personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, identity documents, device identifiers, and transactional data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• okaypla will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, payment processors, and technology providers strictly as required to operate the platform and comply with applicable law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by okaypla, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Requests should be directed to [email protected].

okaypla is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform is intended for adult entertainment only and must never be used as a means of earning income or solving financial difficulties. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: The okaypla platform is accessible to players aged 21 and above only. okaypla will take all reasonable steps to prevent access by minors and will immediately close any Account found to belong to an underage individual.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time through the Account settings page. Requests to increase existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players who wish to take a temporary break from gaming may request a cool-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, the Account remains registered but gambling access is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling may request permanent self-exclusion at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okaypla's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player to their okaypla Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• okaypla is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or service interruptions.
• okaypla does not warrant that the platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
• okaypla is not responsible for losses arising from events of Force Majeure, including telecommunications failures, network outages, government actions, or natural disasters affecting platform availability.
• okaypla is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from Account suspension or termination due to breach.

Nothing in these Terms limits okaypla's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

okaypla reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Operation of duplicate or linked Accounts.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Chargebacks filed against deposits made to the Account.
• Prolonged account inactivity as defined in okaypla's inactivity policy.
• Where required by applicable law, court order, or directive from a regulatory authority.

Upon Account closure due to breach of these Terms, any funds held in the Account — including both real money balance and bonus balance — may be forfeited at okaypla's discretion. Where Account closure is initiated by okaypla without cause attributable to the Player, any verified real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the last used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and payment processing requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the okaypla platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players should contact okaypla's customer support team in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to mediation or, if mediation fails, to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction within the Philippines. okaypla and the Player agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any unresolved dispute.

Nothing in this clause prevents okaypla from seeking immediate injunctive or other equitable relief before any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

okaypla reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a Player — okaypla will provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

For minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by applicable law — okaypla may update the Terms without advance notice. The effective date of the current version is always displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the okaypla platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure as outlined in Section 12.
